Social Development Direct is a UK registered company (766485972) providing specialist technical advice, programme management expertise, and specialist research, reviews, monitoring and evaluation services.

We are the data controller for the Equalities Resource Hub. We understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of your personal data and we take your privacy seriously. We are a Data Controller registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, number ZA674726.

What this privacy policy covers

This Privacy Policy provides information about how and why we process your personal data when you visit and use the Equalities Resource Hub website and any services, digital content and functionality available, and what your rights are under data protection legislation.

    • To respond to any enquiries, information requests or complaints you make to us or that are made about you.
    • To assist with internal record keeping.
    • To provide you with, and maintain the quality of, our website and to analyse the use of our website in order to help guide improvements.

If any part of the Equalities Resource Hub links to other websites, those websites do not operate under this Privacy Policy. If you choose to visit an advertiser or click on another third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s website. We do not have control over third party websites or their procedures for collecting, using and disclosing personal data.

The privacy policy is available at any time through the Equalities Resource Hub and may be amended from time to time.
