The SHE CAN tool is a web-based resource aimed at policymakers and transport providers. It shares evidence, examples of activities and guidance on addressing sexual harassment and improving personal security on public transport.
The tool is divided into two categories:
- Decision-making section: offers detailed guidance for local authorities, policymakers, transport providers, non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and enforcement agencies.
- Knowledge database: offers insights and lessons learned from past interventions.
