The third Global Symposium on Technology-Facilitated Gender-based Violence (TFGBV) will be held in New York City and online, between 6 – 7 March 2025. In the lead up to the sixty-ninth session of the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW69), the symposium will bring together stakeholders including governments, United Nations agencies, academics, civil society organisations, and tech companies to address the growing threat of TFGBV.
Set up in 2022, the main purpose of the symposium was to create a multi-sectoral platform for exchanging knowledge and exploring solutions to end TFGBV through driving coordinated global action. Programme and registration details are available on the official website including symposium objectives to explore emerging trends, best practices, and innovative solutions. Participants can also directly register through the official registration form.
